InBalance Coaching oversee a small number of 1-1 athletes. We limit numbers to be able to offer a complete personal service whether that is for a long term goal or to prepare for a certain race.
We use Training Peaks, with our athletes getting the benefit of the many performance metrics that this software offers. All annual training plans can be downloaded onto a phone / tablet / laptop to view, however, these can be sent by text or e-mail if requested.
- Initial Consultation (Free)
We usually meet up face to face or via Zoom to discuss objectives, whether it is a triathlon, running race, bike sportive or swim challenge, which will include getting the work – lifestyle – training balance right. We will look for consistency in training, the right amount of recovery time and nutrition intake to keep you healthy and to increase your fitness levels. The meeting also allows us to see if we would be able to work together.
- Yearly Overview
A yearly plan would be produced outlining your major goals and training phases with a structured training plan.
- Daily Training Plan
A daily training plan, taking into account your work / lifestyle commitments. This will include regular tests to gauge improvement and fitness levels. Advice and help with race planning and race day preparation.
Training sessions would be regularly reviewed and with mutual agreement a fortnightly face to face or Skype call would be organised to answer any questions or concerns you may have, however, we are available via text or e-mail if needed.
